What this script does, is clicking buttons in your opened Ikariam page. Just as you would do. The clicks themselves are indistinguishable from the clicks made by human.
The only thing that may seem strange to admins, is the constant pattern of activity in the game. Ex the script goes through all your cities exactly every 10 minutes, and also it does it quite fast for a human.
Tracking such behavioral things by admins requires a lot of extra resources and effort. For now, I've been using this script myself for over a year and didn't get banned, which implies that such checks on the admin side are not implemented.
However I'm planning to replace constant 10 minute checking intervals with, say, random ones from 7 to 13 minutes, so it looks more like human activity.
Unfortunately, I still have to mention that you are using this script at your own risk and I'm not responsible if your account gets a ban or suspension (from my experience, it's unlikely. Hope that doesn't happen).
