Adds external links section to MU's series info page, with Anime-Planet, MAL, MangaDex, MangaFox, MangaHere, KissManga, MangaPark, DynastyScans, AniDB, and Anilist.

The MU site changed the link it uses for their series, it no longer looks like"http://www.mangaupdates.com/series.html?id=*", but rather "https://www.mangaupdates.com/series/xlb5p1i/jin", so the script does not execute on the correct page any more.

This is fixed by adding "http://www.mangaupdates.com/series/*/*" and "https://www.mangaupdates.com/series/*/*" to you user includes.
