SG Entered / Created / Won Giveaway Page

Added point value, creator, level, and giveaway type at Giveaway > Entered page.

- Giveaway type (added new column for type)
- Steam store page for each games

v4 now supports SG++ and Ext SG Endless scroll
v6 now supports https://www.steamgifts.com/giveaways/created and https://www.steamgifts.com/giveaways/won as well

All the feature can be toggled on/off from the script (line 17-22). I haven't created a user interface for this.
Only request data for running giveaways, except at won page, because there are only ended giveaways there.
If you want to request data for ended giveaways, change line 17 to true.
