Show autoplay toggle youtube.com

For some reason, many logged in users have this issue where the autoplay next video toggle button is set to display none, so is impossible for the user to set. There is a workaround of logging out, flipping to toggle on a video and logging back in, but with this script that becomes unnecessary.
