StartPage - Move ads to the sidebar bottom

It moves ads to the sidebar, avoiding unwanted clicks on them, including the AdBlock banner. Also removes those annoying Startpage promo banner.

It moves Starpage.com ads/support banner to the sidebar, avoiding unwanted clicks on them. Also removes annoying Startpage promo banner in Desktop and Mobile.

Tested with Violentmonkey on Firefox.
