its better to allow multiple choices, also only choosing "obfuscated" often gets dismissed if its not immediately obvious to the moderators

Only two of names reasons are valid fore report, these reasons are - Malware and Obfuscated code, other reasons are not valid because script still may be in non-minified, or external code may be executed loaded from valid URL, or description can be detailed.

Forgot to say it's from a non-allowed url and obfuscated code is almost always minified, and these authors obviously lie about the description to get victims to install

But there are still 2-4 options, just pick the "most severe" one?
