Nice alternative for the Gsearch results feature; yours is one of several, curiously increasing, number of recent scripts adding a button or tooltip that anchors a link to 'Google Cache' onto each result. Yours is more subtle, but still a nice touch.
Fun fact-- for the same type of feature, the 'Custom Style Recipes' from Google Hit Hider by Domain [GHHbD] still works! https://userscripts-mirror.org/topics/89606#posts-392017
But where google cache comeback really shines is what it does on Gcached pages: the rewrite of links back to their original destinations, and adding of markers to a GCache link. Primo! and still works after all these years!
Perhaps the code should be 'modernized' - willing to extend your script to fully replace google cache comeback?
