* Fixed an issue with some modes when page title was changing causing it to loop the conversion and make the page crash

• Fixed issue : "Dictionnaries can have troubles loading during first load, please try refreshing the page." Changed the link for kuromoji dictionnaries, have now self-hosted them. You can also change the URL for dictionnaries in the settings.
• Fixed an issue where converting the title tag of the page would only work once.

Fixed issue with lyrics conversion

[Fixed] Lyrics aren't converted if the lyrics window was already opened when a song change occurs, closing and reopening the lyrics window converts it again

Fixed some issues with furigana mode

* Conversion to hiragana and katakana now available
* Fixed a bug where furigana/okurigana mode made the page crash
