Add IMDB Link to Plex

This adds link to Plex's existing IMDb Rating element

2022-02-11 updated to work with latest plex and imdb url
2020-12-18 when it works, it will show just under the movie title (screenshot attached) it is Dec 2020 and I'm on Plex web v4.49.2 all the other examples of this no longer worked for me at this time. i wrote this to be very lean and mean so it's easy to adapt how you might like. also i am running on latest msft edge which is basically chrome so this javascript may have some modern browser dependencies. my account is linked to my main personal inbox so hopefully i'll see any help requests. but i don't make any commitments on my turnaround time =) hope this hits the mark for you!
