It would be great if the script could also allow blocking by searching the page title and/or extended URL. This could be specified using regular expressions or just simple text searches. One of the prime targets (no pun intended) of this feature would be Amazon's keyword click-baiting, e.g. "1-48 of 111 results for hotdog gum," which results in https://www.amazon.com/hotdog-gum/s?k=hotdog+gum
