4. add the microphone icon (present in picture 2, and almost every 2013 google screenie i can find)
extension to 1. the logo on pic 1 can only really be seen on the pages used for older browsers
yo the frontend rocks, lemme give a few suggestions
1. the 2011-2013 google logo is really wank in terms of color (picture 1), you should probably change it to this https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:Google_2011_logo.png
2. try implementing more customizability such as enabling/disabling the gbar and changing the logo regardless of layout (mainly due to cases like this where the flat logo and the gbar are present in a 2013 esque layout [with the flat bell icon], picture 2
3. if the gbar is present, hide the "Gmail Images" hyperlinks on the top right
