Hi! When you say that you downloaded mturk, did you mean Turkmaster? :smile:
If so, are you running the TamperMonkey extension? It sounds like you might not be. If you have both TamperMonkey and Turkmaster installed, are there any other errors in the browser console that stand out to you?
