I stole this largely from https://greasyfork.org/en/scripts/375671-facebook-no-ads

It stopped working after the September 2020 redesign, so I tweaked the div finding logic (the removeAdsNew function is mine), but kept the scrolling-delete logic. (everything else)

Works well so far!
