Merge adult results of sleazyfork into greasyfork when the script is no longer anonymously available, add rating score and version for scripts then

Hi,I think it's by the reason js file interrupted when downloading, if not, try another manager like tampermonkey, good luck:)

Excellent script but "Install" button just download the js script, it doesn't install it.
I use ViolentMonkey, is it for that ?
