Small Remix
I really like this theme so, I hope you don't mind me making a slightly modified version of this modified theme lol. I made a version that is not quite black, but instead is very, very dark gray. See https://greasyfork.org/scripts/4469-very-very-dark-gray-youtube-by-panos-modified-by-sonic0170
The nice thing about this theme is it blends in with the player controls, so the video player just looks like part of the page with the dark theme on. :)
