脚本入口为record按钮，js第一次用，界面粗糙请见谅，脚本仅解析直播源，LiveStreamCapture程序接受直播源并播放
1.管理员权限运行env.bat
2.修改LiveStreamCapture.exe属性，改为管理员权限或修改文件读写权限，防止录制文件写入失败
