1. If this script is off, it will be not slow?

2. Slow means when you click pause/resume and click player'# timetrack the response is slow ? Or what do you means?

3. Have you tried turn off the new visual effect? New Youtube turns on it by default by it slow down everything.



4. Have you installed other extensions/plugin as well? Might be there are conflicts with other extensions/plugins.
Disable them first and restart the browsers to try.

recently I made some changes to make it faster. Can you try the latest version and let me know if it works for you or not.
