Remove sponsored posts that are shown as relevant answers even if they're not.

This script was intended to hide ads disguised as answers. Those you see are normal ads that any adblocker as uBlock Origin or AdBlock Plus can handle.

Just installed your script and it works. However, I see ads on Quora. Is your script able to take care of that?
