It's already disabled, I've just cleaned Chrome temp files and cache, same result. I made sure Adblock is disabled for Netflix, then I've disabled and re-enabled the script, but unfortunately I still can't see the download menu.
Try Firefox + Greasemonkey then because it works fine for me.
I've just removed Tampermonkey from Chrome, cleaned everything related to Tampermonkey I could find, reinstalled it and now it's working again ^^
This script is awesome, I've been using it for months to download subs in French and Chinese so I can create dual language subs.
Unfortunately, it seems the script is not working today, or is it just me ? I've tried several movies and animes on NF but there is no download options anymore, just the basic language selection menu. Are we waiting for an update or should I fix sth ?
