I think you need to give it a wildcard *.live.com because I am still seeing errors. I had to use the exclusion clause below to work:
https://*.live.com/*
Oops, I just add it to the wrong group and I didn't notice that.
Also, I'm sure last time checked it on the beta version OneNote was working fine
even without exclud it.
Anyway, it doesn't matter now.

As per title. After adding https://.live.com/ into the exclusion, no more errors.
I know I am not being specific about the error, but IMHO, Microsoft is an okay site, their domains should be fine to be granted a bypass.
