Make up for how limited Fanfiction.net's result filtering is

Sorry for the delayed response. I wanted to re-test under Tampermonkey first.
I just re-tested v0.1.11 under Tampermonkey 4.7 and the configuration GUI works perfectly well.
However, v0.1.11 did intentionally limit where the config GUI can be accessed from because I didn't want my page context menu getting cluttered up under Greasemonkey 4 (which has no dedicated userscript actions menu).
Specifically, the "Configure Result Filter..." option should only appear on pages that have results to be filtered. (ie. You will no longer see it on a chapter page, but you should still see it on an author profile or a results list.)
If anything, I think that's a plus since it gives you a quick way to tell whether a page isn't getting filtered because your config is wrong or because my code for identifying result lists needs to be improved.
I used https://www.fanfiction.net/Stargate-SG-1_Crossovers/68/0/ to test it, so please tell me if "Configure Result Filter..." is accessible from there on your system.

The configuration GUI is broken
In the current version v0.1.11 you can no longer select the Gui to set. The previous version v0.1.10 still works. Have tried it with the current Version of Tempermonkey.
