这是访问不了jquery的cdn导致的，可以尝试将脚本第21行：
script.src = 'https://code.jquery.com/jquery-2.2.4.min.js';
修改为
script.src = 'https://libs.baidu.com/jquery/2.1.4/jquery.min.js';
