User scripts (all of them) are run only after a page is fully loaded. You cannot get a redirect sooner than that, unfortunately.
Regarding search, Pinterest decided to completely remove it for non logged users. Before, it was just hidden (and the script would uncover it). You can still use this URL template:
http://www.pinterest.com/search/pins/?q=words
Or use the customary !pinterest bang-syntax on DuckDuckGo. :smile:

But i have a big latency:
By example , the connect form stay visible a long time and after it go to the categories page.
