Adds a "Download" button to the BitChute player. Also downloads thumbnails. Supports WebTorrent and native player.

No button in Firefox 64
Thank you for your efforts. It looks as nice addition. In Firefox 64 (64 bit) it does not work though. I am using Violentmonkey.
