Great script. I have been using this for a long time and it's a good script. I'm not sure if this is still being developed, but I have some minor problems I thought I'd share:
1. Sometimes if I get two video ads in a row, the script unmutes after the first one. 2. If you open a video in a new tab, meaning the page has to load from scratch, the ads sometimes start before the script catches up and mutes it. Having taken a quick look at the script, it seems to mute the ads by simply simulating a click on the mute button. Perhaps the mute button doesn't fully load in before the ad has stared already playing and so the script can't click it in time? You could maybe try muting the video using the video element's own volume directly via JS or something like that?
