There is this extremely annoying feature on YouTube that activates every time you use the volume bar or the scroll bar. It doesn't do anything useful, but it practically steals, ruining the arrow key shortcut. When this feature is activated, up/down and left/right will do the same thing. So, you'll end up searching when you want to adjust the volume or vice versa...
