Turns the like bar green and makes it higher, works as of 14-Aug-2021

I've noticed today that YouTube seemingly now styles likes bar with some color now, so just CSS change won't fix it, we need the element observing code again.
No more external scripts or JS at runtime used. This is a pure CSS change now.
