fixed the SG crosshair bug

I have deleted the Current crosshair settings folder, since it's useless. Added favourite folder
forgot to change the scope.....
for some reasons the CSS wasnt working, not its good to go
fixed some logical errors.....hmmmm
I have optimised the UI, added fodler to see current settings and added a reset button.
