来源网络，一个简单的功能：将http://的网站重定向为https://

如出现网址变为https://e-error//chromewebdata/有可能是本脚本导致的(或者说是原网址不支持https协议导致的)

不支持https协议的重灾区主要在新闻、小说网这类纯文字居多的网站上，如果遇上可以按照脚本内的// @exclude来设置脚本在此网站不生效。虽然我很理解这些网站想减少访问者流量消耗，但这某些网站还会重定向回http是否太抽象了点
