Show "rating% (number of user reviews)" and supported platforms on steamgifts.com according to information from Steam. Filter giveaways by rating and platforms

Changelog:

  • Pervious versions by Gibben.
  • 3.0.0 – fixed selectors and code for be able to gather gamedata from new Steam site, fixed rating visual dublicating. Added logging (turned off by default). I just wanted for ratings and filters to work, so didn't test other functions

TODO:

  • Show the reason of raiting not fetched (too few reviews, bundle, no page on Steam, etc.); Fix filter and colorizer to always display wrong-fetched rating
  • Bundles ratings.
  • Metacritic rating and filtering.
  • Restyle ratings.
  • Find and fix bugs.
  • Add all info to "entered" page
