Show a button on the top to quickly toggle between Twitter and Nitter.net (or any other instance).

Added support for x.com, though you will still be send back to twitter.com. Changed namespace to point to Github, as I plan to post all my userscripts there. Removed comments.
Fix: Don't run the script in embedded tweets.
