And I could also sense and maybe [probably] reason why this related post (https://greasyfork.org/en/scripts/440613-youtube-proper-description/discussions/140026) has this problem.... maybe on another new YT layout push.

(UPDATE: Even the YT Redux extension option ain't working. Mine still works. Cache issues?)
I checked the layout on 10 accounts and it was either the slim version or it was the good layout.
Unfortunately I can't do anything about this. It's just another Youtube experiment that some accounts are affected.
Maybe Youtube won't go through with this change..?
Either way, it's best to just report (send feedback) directly to Youtube (in the drop menu where you login, there should be "send feedback" option). And maybe even Tweet at them.?
Adviced some Reddit posts on r/YouTube to use your userscript if they post about their new layout but they say the description and comments are removed when they install it, which I advised one to download "YouTube Redux", which allows (a major) fix on the old video layout. Is there a hotfix on this?
