As of december 2021, the wiki.archlinux.org suffers from always showing mobile design for anonymous users. See https://bbs.archlinux.org/viewtopic.php?id=272800
As a workaround, this script adds useskinversion=1 parameter to each page, so you can still see desktop ui while being not registered on archwiki.
