I'm not sure why you're having that problem with jdownloader, but I've moved onto another method for downloading from mangadex.
This new way is much more reliable and doesn't use jdownloader:

Hello, I just want to ask a question.
I downloaded and installed the plugin for MD and JDownloader 2.
The script for the chapter download icon is well displayed on MangaDex with the "TamperMonkey" extension (Google Chrome).
However I got a problem : the link collector works and I manage to put the selected chapter in the uploads tab, but the downloads do not start.
It says that I have network problems while I am well connected to wifi.
I can’t update the program either.
(for example : average : 0 o/s, progression : 0%)
Did I do something wrong?
