一般的视频网站都是可以后台播放的，只有少部分视频网站(如iqiyi)，当切换到后台时才会暂停视频。
你可以打开kiwi浏览器设置中的通知，打开正在播放媒体选项。这样当后台视频暂停了，你可以下拉系统通知栏，点击媒体模块开始播放。
