Due to a recent website system update, the previous code is no longer functional. I've added a note on the info page clarifying that only subtitle download is currently available.

There are videos that the creator himself allows to download.
the video you sent does not have any subtitles that the creator added to the video, therefore you do not have a download button for the subtitles
