Modifies the Evolve browser-based game to change the game's tick rate. Currently requires use of console commands to set speed, UI controls will be added Soon(tm).

To use:
* install and enable the userscript
* visit the game at the official github.io URL (or modify the @match rule in the script for use on your own hosted fork)
* open your browser console (default keybind is usually F12 or Shift+Ctrl+K) and type the following:

scab.speed(2)

* This will double the tickrate; replace the 2 with the desired multiplier.
* To manually set the delay in milliseconds, use scab.speed(, false)


Known Issues:
* The script will override default game speeds and currently does not check for species traits that alter game speed. This can be corrected by setting the speed multiplier appropriately, e.g. to 1.05 or 0.9.
* Resource timers will be slightly off, especially over very short time scales. This is a trade-off for improving the reliability of scheduling and sequencing the game's three different types of ticks. There is a potential fix for this but it will require some testing to see if it still handles higher tick rates smoothly.
