Make sure you're allowing twemoji.maxcdn.com to your pages. Works fine on both Opera and Firefox.

It doesn't work, as if nothing was installed.
If you want to reproduce this bug, maybe these info would be necessary, i use:
Windows XP SP3, Firefox 39.0 (most up to date version at this time), Greasemonkey 3.3 (most up to date version at this time).
