Auto set Buy It Now, sort by price and Gallery view parameters on Ebay search

This is great. If anyone doesn't like Gallery view just find '_dmd', '2' in the script and change the '2' to '1'. I also added,updateUrl = updateQueryStringParameter(updateUrl, 'LH_PrefLoc', '1'); // UK Only parameter
