"0 Works found..." whenever I use this script. Is it broken?

I've tried using this script to filter out some things, but I keep getting "0 Works found..." when I know for a fact that works in the fandom I'm browsing within the parameters I've specified do exist. I tried writing the filter in the Global box, then the Fandom one, but nothing. The tick boxes next to "Enabled" shown in the previews available here at GreasyFork have also disappeared on the actual site. Maybe AO3's latest maintenance/update clashed with this script?

Hey there, you are right about a site update clashing and the missing tick boxes. I will try to get around to fixing those soon.

About "0 works found" - I can't reproduce that so I suspect it may be your filters. I'd suggest backing them up, removing them all, and adding the terms back one by one.

What I've tried:

  • Uninstall the script
  • Install the latest version
  • Visit the Harry Potter works page
  • Note that works with "Draco Malfoy" and "politics" appear on the first page
  • Add -politics to the global filters
  • Add -"Draco Malfoy" to the fandom filters
  • Save the filters
  • Reload the page
  • After reloading, I'm redirected to a search with my filter terms
  • The script says Your filter was: -politics -"Draco Malfoy".
  • The works with the filtered terms are not loaded, and all the other works are loaded
