There's a bug with cleaning Twitter URLs. If you click a trending topic, the
&is removed between two querystring parameters.It should look like:
https://twitter.com/search?q=Puppies&vertical=trendsInstead it cleans to:
https://twitter.com/search?q=Puppiesvertical=trendsSo if you read a tweet from trending and then click your browser's back button, Twitter thinks the trending topic is actually
Puppiesvertical=trends.
Is this still an issue? If so, what browser and other extensions are you using? I'm unable to recreate the issue.

for me.
hmmmm it seems to be working now! I just tested in a private browser session with only tampermonkey enabled, and everything seems fine...tested in my regular browser session, and everything seems fine. 🤷♀️
