Block or mute all the Twitter users who like or repost a specific post(Tweet), with love.

I have no idea if it works, because while it does get rid of them, the block list isn't updated, and when i use a external site to check the amount of people i've blocked (blolook) it does not update. It seems to be working, but i can't tell.
