No, the script will stop working once your computer is turned off or goes to sleep. The browser with the game must be open for the script to work. On some computers it is possible to turn off the screen (monitor) without putting it to sleep. You can try that.
Alternatively, if you want the script to always run, it is possible to get a cheap server (VPS) and run the script there.
