[BROKEN] Show Amazon Questions button + context menu

Creates a "Show questions" button for Amazon. Once clicked it opens a new tab of the questions.

Bad The button now leads to a 404 page for me. Doesn't seem that answers has been removed, since I just asked a new question yesterday. So I guess the URL pattern needs to be updated.

Good Works exactly as expected. Only a matter of time before Amazon removes the feature altogether.
