Steam - My Privacy Settings buttons on top

On the Steam "My Privacy Settings" page, moves the Cancel and Save Changes buttons up to the top of the page.

A tiny script to move the buttons on Steam's privacy settings page. I made this script because every time I wanted to make a quick change to my settings I'd have to scroll down to find the Save Changes button, which became annoying after a while. Now, with this script active, the buttons are right where I need them to be.
