Is it normal that list reset after i restart my FF?
Would be nice if list get saved even after restart if so.

The game list is saved. Make sure you click the Save button, don't run in Private browsing mode, don't manually clear your cache, and don't run any plugins that clear your cache. The list is saved in localStorage, so anything that clears it out automatically or manually will clear the list.

uh could the list be saved other than in the cache since many clear their cache regulary

What other option do you believe is available? If you check other steamgifts addons, they use localStorage. The only options are localStorage, sessionStorage, and cookies. Cookies don't provide enough space and sessionStorage is only saved per session. The only thing left is localStorage.
