Yes, you would change const targetRes = "hd1080"; to const targetRes = "large"; and then just save the script. If you have any youtube pages already open when saving, they will have to be reloaded (navigation on youtube doesn't change pages so you will have to manually refresh the page). Let me know if it works!
Yes it worked, thank you. I badly needed this script because YouTube video quality always annoyingly refreshes back to 144p or 240p due to having slow internet. Thanks again.
I wanted to change the resolution or quality to lower ones
Did I do it correctly? I changed the "hd1080" in [const targetRes = "hd1080";] to "large" or "medium" then Save. Do I have to change something else too? I just want to make sure that I did it correctly.
Thank you for this script. It's the first time I installed a script that actually has detailed instructions on the script. I know you all had the opposite intention, since it's called Youtube HD, while here I am in 480p or in 360p squad.
