Collects panda's for you at a certain cycle instead of timers. Lot of organizing of panda's and grouping them together to start and stop them at once.

PC "once" not functioning correctly
Today, when I put in a "once" collect, it continues to collect after catching. It actually turns itself off briefly (a second or two), then back on again (green)
