Just checked that this only happens in private browsing somehow
There's a weird bug in Firefox where it just stops downloading streaming data. Try r177, I disabled animation preloading on Firefox which seems to stop it from happening.
Lately more often than not most GIFs won't load. They would just stuck after 1 sec
