I think I already answered this, but maybe my reply didn't send or got lost somewhere.
Basically, if an event requires finding something hidden in the game, it's an Easter egg, and the script collects all of them. Sometimes Easter eggs can only be collected once and can't be collected the following year.

Maybe in the future you could introduce some kind of logs which could be stored in local storage. Logging not everything but for example Seer asgard prize could be also nice addon to know which we got
